General information:
Confirmation of your registration will be sent by e-mail.
 
This event is offered to you directly from Tomas Linhard Management Development Ltd. Summit fee includes; hotel accommodation, breakfast, conference package including lunch and a networking event including dinner. Please note that the fee is excluded of VAT. No VAT will be charged for invoices outside Sweden.

Payment:
Invoice will be e-mailed shortly after approved registration and prior to the summit start with a payment term of 30 days net.
 
Travel:
Participants are responsible to arrange and pay for their own travel.
 
Cancellation & Refunds:
Your registration will be invalid if payment 30 days net after invoice day is not met.
 
1) Any reservation cancelled between invoice payment day and 79 days prior to summit start will be charged with a 50% cancellation fee. A refund of 50% of the summit fee will be reimbursed.

2) Any reservation cancelled 78 days or less prior to summit start will be charged with a 100% cancellation fee. Participant will not be reimbursed of any summit fee (0%).

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Tomas Linhard Management Development AB can cancel any training program without paying any fine or any other claims from registered participants. However paid summit fee will be reimbursed in such cases.  Furthermore Tomas Linhard Management Development AB is entitled to postpone any training program to a later date without paying any fine or other claims from registered participants.
